So here are the goals I had posted last week:
1. Eat a salad 5 times per week.
2. Drink at least 48 oz. of water each day ( I hate water.)
3. Have no more then 2 Coke (zero's - so no calories) per day.
4. Exercise with the 30 Day Shred (or another Biggest Loser video) 3 times/week.5. Walk 2- 3 times per week 2 times around my neighborhood.
I am happy to say that I think I did pretty well. I have eaten a salad every day but today (so far - however I plan to have one for dinner.) And I ran out so I need to go to the store pronto!
I have drunk at least 48 oz of water per day and some days more. I try to do that earlier in the day so I can "reward" myself with my Coke Zero. On that note, I have had only one Coke Zero most days. The other days I do NOT have more then 2.
I have done the 30 Day Shred once this week. I plan on doing it again today (so that would be twice.) And since the Challenge began Monday I will probably do the Biggest Loser Yoga video on Saturday or Sunday to meet goal #4 from above.
#5 hasn't happened yet this week, but I plan on walking today through Sunday so hopefully I won't fail this one already. I didn't have the stroller most of this week so it's hard to walk my neighborhood with all 3 kiddos without the stroller. Seanan doesn't walk fast enough. :)
Oh and I am happy to say that when I attempted the 30 Day Shred this time I didn't hurt for 4 days afterwards. I actually felt awesome the next day. I did have a few extra carbs and a very yummy desert that I made for small group, but one desert in the week is good, right? And the main part of the desert was blueberries (low carb fruit). However, I should also let you know it also did include chocolate chips ... yum.
