Definitely Fell Off - Fit Mommy Friday

Well I am disappointed to say that this has been a less then desired week. Not only did I not lose any weight - I gained! Blah!!

Having said that it's not anyone's fault but my own. I believe I got into a rut and then instead of pushing through and intensifying my exercise routine and such I gave up and didn't even pay attention to what I was eating. So end result - I'm kinda back where I started.

So, the plan is tomorrow we are supposed to be going swimming - for a whole 3 hours. Great exercise! I need to make sure that I do some type of exercise EVERY DAY! If I skip a day it seems I skip two and then three ... you know the rest of the story. The other thing I need to do is go grocery shopping. I feel I have not been shopping in eons and due to that I am eating whatever seems to "hit" me or we just go buy something (and you know that means it's not healthy, although one day I did buy a salad.)

So goals for this week:
Pay Attention to what I am eating. Trying to stay low-carb as well as keeping away from processed junk

Drink 4-6 glasses of water (that would be very good for me.)

Cardio exercise each and every day.

Hopefully your week has gone better then mine. Make sure you stop by Got Chai? and let us all know how your week went. Hopefully yours was better then mine!

Um...I did well for the past two days. :o) My challenge now is getting my younger two into exercise mode, so we've been walking together. Usually I prefer a more private and quiet workout!

Re your question: Seed balls are simple. In a big bowl, mix a large spoonful of peanut butter with enough corn meal and bird seed until the mix holds together without being sticky. Form it into balls or roll pinecones in it. You can hang them from trees and bushes or flatten balls to fit in suet feeders. Very easy!

Peace and Laughter,
Cristina

You have some great goals! I have a hard time exercising daily myself. You will have to share how you accomplish that! :)

Boy oh boy, do I understand that one! If I skip a day, it turns into a skipped WEEK...or more. (Sigh) It's creating a habit that's the hardest part. Once the workouts become routine--like cleaning your house or even *bathing* (grins!)--then you wouldn't dream of skipping a day!

You can do it, though. I KNOW you can! :) I can't wait to hear your report on Friday. Keep it up!
